Your Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalty.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to jewelry that is:
- personalized or custom-made (specific creation, adaptation to your request, etc.)
- worn, used, modified, or damaged
- clearly indicated as “clearance” or “end of collection” at the time of purchase

Return Conditions
For your return to be accepted, the jewelry must imperatively:
- Not have been worn
- Not have been modified or damaged
- Be returned in its original packaging (case, pouch, box)
- Be accompanied by the invoice or a copy
Any product not meeting these conditions will be refused and returned to you at your expense, without refund.
Return Procedure
Step 1: Inform Us
Use the form above or one of the indicated methods to inform us of your wish to return within 14 days of receipt.
Step 2: Prepare Your Package
- Place the jewelry back in its original packaging
- Add the invoice or a copy
- Carefully pack everything in a secure parcel
- We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method
Step 3: Send Your Package
You have 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal to return the product to the following address:

Step 4: Receipt and Inspection
Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the jewelry to verify that it meets the return conditions.
Step 5: Refund
If everything is compliant, we will proceed with the refund within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and inspection of the product.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are entirely at your expense.
We advise you to use a tracked and insured shipping service to guarantee the security of your package. We cannot be held responsible for a package lost or damaged during return.
Refund
The refund will be processed:
- By the same payment method used for your order (unless otherwise agreed by you)
- Within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and validation of your return
- Amount refunded: price of the returned product(s). Initial shipping costs are not refunded.
