Each piece of jewelry is presented in a HUITIÈME CIEL pouch and accompanied by its certificate of authenticity and care card.

Delivery Times
The times indicated below are approximate, starting from the shipping date (excluding weekends and public holidays):

Shipping Costs

Package Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
- Your package tracking number
- The link to the carrier’s platform
- The shipping date
- The estimated delivery time
You can track your package in real-time on the carrier’s website.
Customs and Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union or to certain specific areas (Switzerland, French overseas departments and territories, etc.), additional charges may apply:

Delivery Issues
Package not received
If you have not received your package within the indicated timeframe:
- Check the status of your package on the carrier’s website using your tracking number
- Check with your neighbors or building manager
- Contact us via the form below, indicating your order number
Damaged package
If your package arrives damaged:
- Refuse delivery if the package is visibly damaged
- Take photos of the package and the damaged product
- Contact us immediately via the form below
- We will send you a new piece of jewelry or process a refund
Incorrect address
If you entered an incorrect address when placing your order, contact us as soon as possible.
If the package has not yet been shipped, we can modify the address. Once the package has been shipped, we will no longer be able to intervene.
