Each HUITIÈME CIEL piece of jewelry is handcrafted from authentic natural stones and high-resistance technical thread.
Designed to accompany you daily, it withstands the sea, the pool, and an active lifestyle; however, it will appreciate a few simple gestures:
- After a saltwater or chlorinated bath, rinse with fresh water and then gently dry with a soft cloth.
- Avoid chemical or cosmetic products directly on the stones.
- When not wearing it, store it in its original pouch or case to preserve its shine.
Cherished in this way, it will continue to shine by your side over time.
Warranty and Repair
HUITIÈME CIEL jewelry is designed to be worn, loved, and lived with over time. Despite careful design and materials selected for their durability, certain exceptional situations may lead to particular wear or necessitate an adjustment.
Our creations benefit from a 2-year legal warranty from the date of order receipt, covering manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the jewelry, loss, theft, damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or accident, nor modifications or repairs carried out by an unauthorized third party.
Our after-sales service supports you at every step. Each request is carefully examined by our workshop to assess the nature of the intervention required.
When a manufacturing defect is found:
- for a strand, a complete re-stringing will be performed;
- for a pendant or finding, the handling will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Outside the scope of the warranty, whether for inspection, reinforcement, or replacement, we will offer you a personalized quote, adapted to the history and use of your jewelry.

- If the defect is covered by the warranty, we will arrange the return. Otherwise, we will offer you a personalized quote.
